A MOTHER-OF-FIVE has shared the cheap item she uses to scrub her bathroom.

The content creator revealed that the grooming product helps to kill bacteria and cover bad smells.

In her video, TikTok user Jen (@organizedandsimplified4u) demonstrated the "five surprising ways to clean the bathroom using shaving cream."

For her first tip, the TikToker recommended: "Buff your bathroom mirror with shaving cream to prevent them from getting foggy while showering."

She showed her followers her bathroom mirror after she wiped it down with shaving cream.

"No fog where the shaving cream was used," Jen told her viewers.

For her next hack, she demonstrated how to use the product to tackle bad smells,

"Use shaving cream to get rid of gross smells around the toilet," Jen said as she sprayed the item on her toilet seat.

She added: "It also leaves your floors super clean and shiny."

Jen explained that shaving cream can also be used to thoroughly clean your toilet bowl.

"The alcohol in the shaving cream kills bacteria and eliminates smells," she told viewers.

"It’s especially handy at removing tough to get rid of hard water stains," Jen said as she scrubbed her toilet.

She also showed her audience how to wipe down their bathtubs with shaving cream.

"Remove everything, then spray it down with shaving cream," Jen explained.

She continued: "Let sit for 15 minutes then scrub and rinse it away."

Finally, Jen demonstrated the best way to use the cream to polish your bathroom fixtures.

"Simply spray onto a cloth, then buff it onto the fixture," she advised her followers.
